Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain Ocelot, Kaz UPDATE

So I been learning how to fix hair bugs these days, and recently I found it, since Ocelot's and Kaz's hair looked kinda thin, I managed to fix it and now it looks like the one in the game, Enjoy the new version! just replace the texture if you have version 1 installed. old one will be moved in Old Versions folder.
